South Valley was well represented in this past weekend’s CaliCrown Classic, winning five championships! Overall, our teams had a great showing and fun was had by all. On the boys’ side, South Valley B05 Dold secured the title with a 4-0 championship match win against the CC Aztecs. Coach Dold remarked that the boys’ hard work over the last two months since coming together as a team is really show! On the girls’ side, G06 Gore/Arias, G04 Villa, G03 Gore/Arias, and G01 Howlett all took home first-place medals! In the process they defeated teams from Arsenal FC, LA Galaxy Bakersfield, CC Aztecs, and Futball Foundation SC in championship-round games.
