South Valley is honored to add Philip Arias to its coaching staff! Philip played into the Olympic Development Program from 1995 to 1999 as a youth player, and progressed into the National Team pool level. In college, he played for four years at the Div 1 level with the Loyola Marymount University (LMU) Lions from 1999 to 2003. Check out his very retro picture wearing an LMU uniform!

Philip graduated from LMU with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. He spent 2003 as an undergraduate coaching assistant at LMU and the spent 2004 as a graduate coaching assistant at CSUB while he pursued a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Additionally, Philip has coached for Liberty High School at the JV and Varsity Levels. Philip has joined South Valley to coach our B2005 team.
