South Valley’s B08 La Force competed in the Santa Cruz Breakers Academy Spring Cup on the weekend of March 16-17. The team went 4-0 with 15 goals scored, 2 conceded. Along the way, the boys defeated El Camino Pumitas, PAC San Jose Black, Breakers FC Academy, and CenCal Cosmos. Congratulations on a great tournament Championship!

South Valley G06 Herrera played four excellent matches in Las Vegas last weekend, winning the Vegas Spring Cup with a 4-0 record. The girls out-scored their opponents 5-2 in four matches and defeated the LV Revolution in PKs to take the title. Great job girls!

Alyssa Cleveland and Radison Banks are members of the final rosters for Cal South’s G2002 and G2005 squads. They departed yesterday to represent Cal South, Bakersfield and SOUTH VALLEY THUNDER in the national ODP tournament. Best wishes for a great tournament!

South Valley Thunder G06, coached by Jay Gore, finished as the Finalist for Coast Soccer League’s 2018 League Cup tournament! The girls entered the tournament seeded into the Round of 32, and racked up four, shut-out wins to progress to the championship match against Oxnard PAL. That match battled all the way into PKs with South Valley finishing as the Finalist. Great job girls!
